The Rough and Smooth collie Specialty Show will be held on Friday evening, the 5th of August 2016, during the Sawo Show International Dog Show weekend. The Specialty show will start at 4 pm, right after the Friday's INT show has finished.
During this weekend (from 5th to 7th of August) there are three International dog shows and also a breed Specialty Show on Friday evening. This can be a great opportunity to win 3x CACIB's and 4 CC's in just three days.
The Specialty show will be held at the Sorsasalo Horse Track.
Address: Puikkarintie 20 70420 Kuopio. Please note that the Sawo Show weekend will quickly fill up the hotels in Kuopio, so we recommend you to book accommodation well in advance. ALSO NOTE THAT YOU CAN NOT STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE THE EXHIBITION AREA WITHOUT PERMISSION!

You can make entries by mail or online. By signing the entry form the exhibitor guarantees to obey the valid Show Regulations and Vaccination Intructions of the Finnish Kennel Club.
The copy or receipt of the payment where payment information can be cheked, must be enclosed with the entry forms. Entry forms without a copy of the receipt attached will be returned. Entries for this show have now been closed. The show is subject to the vaccination directions approved by the Finnish Kennel Club. (pdf) The organizers are obliged to inspect vaccination certificates for all dogs taking part. All dogs participating in the Show or trials must have a valid certificate of vaccination against distemper and rabies. Please, check the custom regulations for importing dogs to Finland. Check also your own country's regulations when turning back.
